Best friends, and LA based designers, Haley 'BINA' Giraldo and Jesse 'JESS' Dittman, launched BINA and JESS Jewelry in 2010. Haley, a self made entrepeneur in dyer need of a creative outlet, and Jesse, a lifelong lover of fashion in need of a little business know-how, came together to create something fun and full of passion.Their California bohemian style combined with their love of travel and rock n roll makes for an eclectic and ever-changing statement collection that cosistently maintains its haute hippie roots.
Their unconventional lifestyle is the true inspiration behind BINA and JESS. The blending together of two very different worlds and creating one 'high-low' adventure is what makes BINA and JESS uniquely its own. BINA and JESS embraces this bohemian/luxe dichotomy, but with an 'I'm with the band' rock n roll edge.
Haley and Jesse's unique take on textures, colors and the blending of cultures and materials is what makes BINA and JESS' designs unique and ever changing. Semi precious stones mixed with vintage african tribal beads and pendants add to this innovative brand. Haley and Jesse put a bit of themselves as well as the people and places that have inspired them into each handmade piece of jewelry. Their goal is to make jewelry a girl would never want to take off, and shouldnt have to, The 'caravan-chic' feel to their jewelry lends itself to casual beach days and sexy nights out .
